Masters Impregnator, two-component filler

Masters Impregnator is a two-component water-based filler. It is a very fluid product (low viscosity) which is perfectly suitable for the protection of closed substrates such as industrial paving or self-leveling mortars. It penetrates inside the support without leaving a film. This product is completely transparent and colorless, it does not alter the initial color of the support. It does not yellow under UV (aliphatic) and can be used both indoors and outdoors

• Other low-porous concrete/mortar substrates

Manual

1. Clean the substrate with a high pressure jet. Make sure you have removed any traces of oil, grease and wax.
2. Mix the first component alone at slow speed (300 rpm) then gradually add the second component. Mix for 3 minutes.
3. Apply with a lacquer roller in 1 or 2 thin coats (100-200g/m²). The mixture dries quite quickly. Therefore, do not iron in areas that are beginning to dry at the risk of creating streaks.
4. Apply the second coat after the first coat has completely dried.
5. Clean tools with water.

Advice

For optimum protection, we recommend applying a coat of Masters Impregnator and a second coat of Masters Vitrifier
